I need some help with what to eat for breakfast. I am not on a huge diet, just trying to lose a few pounds of fat and gain a few pounds of muscle. I weigh about 180 lbs and am 5'10"....I do not have a lot of time during the week to cook, so I have to eat things for breakfast that are quick and easy. This is what I have been eating the last few weeks....

1/2 sugar 1/2 calorie Flavored Oatmeal or
2 pieces of Wheat Toast with 1/2 sugar jelly or
Frosted Mini-wheats with 2% Milk

I lift weights and do cardio work outs on a regular basis, but I really don't know what to eat in the morning that will get my metabolism rolling and will help me with my diet.

Myspace has usually always worked, up until yesterday. Now I can't go to the myspace.com log-in page, but I can look at other peoples myspaces. If I go to a myspace, and click "add a comment" it'll take me to the "internet explorer cannot display..." page. Any ideas of what's wrong?

I have very hard, coarse hair and those wax strips DO NOT work for me, nair isn't strong enough and i'm tired of shaving all the time. It is so sensitive that i have to shave once a week or it will just bleed on top for ingrown hairs. So can you give me a recipe for a strong wax? Or a brand?

How many people LOVED that movie, it's was short, but the music, characters, and plot rocked! I really feel bad for the director though, he's not reognized at all, it's "Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas" and Burton didn't diect it, he just wrote the poem it is based off of! Don't get me wrong though, Tim Burton rocks too.

I got here at 9:40am, and the sign on the front door CLEARLY says we open at 10:00am. When I unlocked the door and came in, three people tried to push in with me. I told them we had about 15 more minutes before we opened, and they got all huffy. Now, they're beating on the door like an angry mob.

The doctor says he's under weight, but has high engry and good color. He fights to eat anything. I've done, waiting for him to tell me when hes hungry because he won't eat anything tell late at night and eats only a little amount. He just wants to drink all day. When I won't give him a drink he screams till he passes out from exhaustion.

we were talking before but since school sched changed we havent talked in a while. she said to me she was quite upset and has expressed disappointment. still, we havent talked. honestly, im just afraid to be friends with her coz she may not like me, and sometimes, i just have nothing to say wich may just turn her off, so i just want to be a mystery. she has expressed she likes me (i dont know if it's in a friendly way or quite more...she's bi..im a girl. she doesnt know i am too). how can i be confident with her and not run out of things to say? Ever noticed that some of the most beautiful women can also be the most lonely of all? I am not saying this is the case with everyone! I wonder why this is the case? Of course, maybe a few will have an off-putting personality such as having no manners or are just plain rude, so perhaps that's why these attractive ladies are lonely. But I've also seen many other who are really nice, with good hearts and pleasing manners towards everyone. Plus the ladies I know are also very intelligent and well-read. And yet they are home alone. You would think that they will be asked out all the time but they're not, and sometimes they only have one good girlfriend. Any philosophies, insights, experiences?

P.S. I am a woman myself- not necessarily pretty in my own eyes.
