No. In most cases, it depends largely on where she is in her monthly cycle and chance.
The fertility of the two people is also a factor. The potency of his ejaculate is at least 50% of the equation.
And, just as there are some women who have great difficulty in conceiving without help, there are some women who seem to have ovulation triggered by the presence of sperm. I'm one of them.
My fertility is so strong, my husband and I ended up using both diaphragm AND condom every time except during my period when we would use one or the other. And, yes, when the condom broke during my period, I got pregnant. I cannot tell you how joyful I was to become menopausal!

no, but when a condom breaks pre ejaculation and the whole thing tends to go inside of you so the chances can be 50/50..

condom + pill. always. if it breaks, she needs to get the Plan B pill withing 72 hours for it to be effective. the sooner the better.

It all comes down to whether the sperm fertilizes her egg. Fertilization does NOT alway happen, even with unprotected sex.
