A true friend would call the cops not just leave it to an internet forum to answer. I find it hard to believe that no one noticed after 9 years. A child rapist is quite hard to believe aswell. From what you're saying there's a 3 year age gap so when she was 4 he was 7. I'm not saying it's not possible just very very hard to believe as a 7 year old wouldn't even know what sex is. If it's got to the stage though now where he's 16 and 13 it's really time to call the cops into it.

She needs to report it to the police and needs medical and psycological attention. She is at the age where she can also get pregnant now. (One more thing she doesn't need at this age.) She need help NOW!! Tell parents or teacher someone that can help you.
He may be doing this to someone else as well. She is NOT the only victim. Usually these people rape others as well. She may help others by coming forward. Remind her she is a victim and should NOT fell guilty for this happening. Alot of women feel that it was their fault. IT IS NOT!

You need to tell someone if she won't. Tell her that's what you'll do and maybe she'll tell someone. It's not right to let him continue abusing her.
If you tell, try telling a counsellor at school or someone along those lines. They'll likely talk to her first and then decide what to do about it. BUT she'll have to talk about it. It sucks, but it'll have to be done. Tell her that she'll be helping someone in the future because if he started at that young of an age, he's like not going to stop with her.

ive been sexually assaulted by my neighbor across the street and another guy...many times. i wish my family would move away from him.. it started a couple years ago. it started out with him just saying stuff to me. then it escalated into him molesting me (not sex) on the school bus everyday for a couple months or so. i always feel like its my fault. even though people tell me its not; that hes just a sick creep. (my closest friends believe me about it) i finally worked up the nerve to tell someone. but no one believed me. HE DIDNT GET IN TROUBLE AT ALLL AND HE FREAKIN DESERVES IT!! he still forces me into telling him erotic stories involving me and it hurts me so bad. i have trouble with boys now, trusting them and all. no one believes me and it hurts so bad. it takes all my boyfriend has to keep from killing that guy. he said (the guy who assaults me) that if i ever wear a skirt he will pin me up against a wall and take away my virginity (basicaly raping me cuz i dont want that). i know how bad that can hurt. sometimes telling people doesnt get the job done..but i would definitely, definitely recommend getting some sort of help. please. :( i am soo sorry that this is happening to your girlfriend, i know how bad it hurts, especially for those who have to see it happening. i know i have become extremely suicidal over it, cutting myself about 100x a day. please get help for her. that guy deserves to be in jail for this. it is illegal and the silence needs to be broken. please speak out for her. i know how scary this must be for her to do alone. blessed be <3

Tell someone. Don't be scared by his threats. People won't believe him and tests can prove he raped her.

do not delay anymore. your friend needs help now. ask help from child services, so u will be helped by this office in catching the wrongdoer and they can enter her for counselling. physically and mentally this child has been abused!

she HAS to tell the police. this creep really deserves to be punished. if she's afraid to tell the police, she shouldn't, they'll protect her.
