I got here at 9:40am, and the sign on the front door CLEARLY says we open at 10:00am. When I unlocked the door and came in, three people tried to push in with me. I told them we had about 15 more minutes before we opened, and they got all huffy. Now, they're beating on the door like an angry mob.
What is WRONG with some people?

the think just cause you unlocked the door that the business is open either that or the sign with the hour's isn't posted in a obvious place .

My customers are the same way. But I don't care, I just let them stand out there and freeze until it's time to open
