Can I apply for the visa at the United States consulate or the American Institute in Taiwan??? I need to apply while I'm still in Taiwan... what can I do to receive the visitor's visa for the North African Country of Algeria?

I saw the most ridiculous thing the other day.Jerry Kramer came on tv in Miami for the suepr bowl and I heard him mentino that his former teamate Herb Adderley(Hall of Famer CB for the Packers in the 1960's)had sent him a email saying he was done with football because he was being neglected and his pension was 125.26.Isn't that ridiculous?

when i was depressed before i was so low i did not wanna see no one, forced my self out on a few dates with this girl that liked me with use of alcohol to get up the courage and ended up being with her and lifted me out of depression. it over now and i depressed again i have lack of motivation to see people. could depression be caused by the fear of seeing people or is it lack of motivation cause of depression

When did J.K. Rowling's fame begin to spread? Was there a particular year (month or season, if possible!) when suddenly sales spiralled upwards and Harry Potter became the name on the lips of people all over the country? It must've been a gradual process, but I think there was a point when they stopped being obscure and the newspapers started talking about the popular new Harry Potter series.
