All the other girls fade in comparison to her sex appeal and intelligence. she says she has a boyfriend and has been recently separated.. I think she's intrigued by me plus her so clalled boyfriend is the type that can't even appreciate what he has in his hands and I don't think it's serious I think there is potential .. Am I dreaming here?

The love and admiration has to be returned if it is to work. You have to see if she feels the same way about you. If she does not, then think of the other girls that you feel do not compare to her, you are one of those other guys that do not compare to the one guy she is interested in if she is not attracted to you.
It is not just your call, but hers also.
Irregardless of what/who her boyfriend is by your standards, if she is turned on by him for some odd reason, you are waisting your time and need to look else where.
No need to dream though, when you can ask her how she feels about you and then lick your wounds and move on if need be o.k.
Life is too short, do not waist a day on being miserable!
Sometimes we love people who do not love us and this is just life and a learning lesson. It is every ones right-I know I would hate for someone to force me to love them.

Sounds like your very attracted to this women. Is she nice to you? Have you asked her to go out alone? Make sure she is over this ex boyfriend!! She may just use you in the meantime until thisother guy realizes what he had!! Show her what a real man is like, sweep her off her feet. BE yourself and take things slow. Women like a challenge, dont make yourself look so easy... There is obviously an attraction there, make sure it is mutual... Have fun but be careful...

You have fallen for this women all I'm thinking you should do is like wait for her and when she finally realizes that her boyfriend is a big jerk you ll be right there for her and then maybe she will finally realize that your what she was looking for the whole time! Tell her that you are really into her and see what she says. Make sure she isn't playing you and the other guy is really out of the picture. If he is out of the picture continue getting to know her better. If she isn't willing to give him up find someone else.
