Children of disabled parents receive Social Security payments until the kids are 18 years old.

Do the payments continue if the child goes to college after turning 18 years old?

I had breast implants put in 2 years ago and I still don't really care for them. I had them put in because my breasts were severely deflated from nursing 3 children. I'm wondering if they are just too big or if I need a lift to be happier. Has anyone out there had them taken out and then had a lift done? The Dr. wanted to make them bigger than I was to because they were so droopy. However, now I just feel like a cow, don't like the way I look ever and am miserable! What should I do?! Thank you for your advice.

Has anybody noticed this besides me?
I mean, my god, I am sure they are out there, but does it not seem that all our news media focuses on nowadays is Iraq and child molestors?
Every night they are talking about some new "sex offenders" and "child molestors" and "pedophiles". and some girl being kidnapped somewhere.
I have become afraid to even look at a little girl when I go out in public for fear that I maybe accused of wanting to molest her or something!

The cyst was full of sebum or secum, a thick whitish substance. The first time surgery was used to remove it, and the second time I took the natural route, and was impressed to see a silica supplement cause it to disappear. Well, I told my friend that I love her. The reaction is not something that was bad in my opinion. She didn't respond with anything real verbal but just looked at me. Not a blank stare, but something more. I have known her for so long and took a risk of saying this to her despite how much our friendship means to each other. Its been a few weeks now and she calls me when she is out of work, or really wants to do something, she invites me over to her place we hang out and just relax, or go out to dinner and to some bars. I am just confused on how she feels back towards me. Is there possibly something more there that she is not willing to say in fear of ruining the friendship? I really don't want to come out and ask her in case that is the reason. Is this something that I can tell her again that I love her to see if there is another reaction to it?

I'm a United States citizen. My undergraduate degree is in Spanish and I plan to pursue my Master's in Teaching Spanish (Univ. of North Az). I was wondering as a U.S. citizen is there some type of program that would allow me to pursue a doctorate at a university in Spain? Has anybody done this? What steps would I need to take? Thanks.

I noticed it a few months ago, the spec moves when I move my eye, but when I stop my eye (say from looking at one fixed point on the left, to looking at one fixed point on the right) the spec doesn't settle into new position for perhaps half a second after I have stopped moving my eye. I am in my late twenties, don't need/wear glasses or lenses. Should I be worried about this, what could this be?
