Cosmetic breast surgery needs to be tailored to the patient's desires. Many surgeons simply place large implants because it is easier and takes little time. Lift surgery is more complicated.
Large implants are frequently not the best answer. Really huge implants are almost never look great. Before having more surgery, you may wish to consider what exactly you would like to accomplish. Many patients unhappy with large implants will decide upon smaller ones with a lift.

I had mine done almost 2 years ago because I was also deflated from nursing and also small ( an AA cup) I am satisfied with mine. I would have liked to go a little larger but the doc said he couldn't safely go any bigger (I'm a C now) Anyway, I guess I would have to ask if yours are under the muscle? If not that is probably the reason for the sagging. My best advice is to consult another surgeon and descuss your specific concerns with your breasts and see if he can offer some advice.

Breast implants are great - on the right kind of woman. If you're a younger woman and you haven't had any children and your breasts are still pert and young and beautiful then please do not get breast implants. It's awful for a younger woman to get breast implants. If you're a middle aged woman who is recently divorced and you go to the gym a lot to keep yourself fit then by all means, get a boob job if you would like. Boob jobs look great on milfs at the gym.

I'm sorry to hear that. My mom got them when I was 15 becasue she was a AAA bra size!!! And she didn't go too big so she's happy. I would suggest that you take them out if they don't make you happy. I know that a lot of the implants are botched and a bad doctor can do them very badly.

I haven't had a BA...YET. But if I am unhappy for any reason after I have mine done then I will go back to the PS and ask for a redo. You should be happy with your body...and if you are not, then have the surgeon fix it. You already spent so long being unhappy with your body, don't wait any longer. Good luck with your decision!

as much as i love boobs (and i do) nothing is more saddening that someone who is unhappy with themselves. women get breast implants to be empowered. if you don't like them take them out, you'll have to go through a surgery but youll be happier for it in the long run. i know this is totally mans view and all, but im just giving you my perspective.
