I am considering fasting on fruit/vegetable juices to try to lose weight. I am 36yrs old 5' 9" and I weigh 283lbs. I have already lost 12lbs in the last 2 weeks by cutting out all sweets,bread,cheese,junk food,fast food and eating smaller portions of healthy meals. I also do cardio for about 30mins a day.
My question is .. Is fasting in this matter healthy and what should I expect my symptons to be during those 10 days?
