Wendy's used to have some pretty healthy options (I haven't been to a Wendy's or a BK for years and years). I think the main thing is to know what's on the menu, and don't be afraid to throw out the bad stuff, and ask for it "your way." Frex, ask for a plain baked potato with plain broccoli, and a burger with nothing on it (ketchup and mustard is OK). You've got a fairly healthy meal there.

In Japan, I like MOS Burger; they've got soup, salad and rice, as well as the fatty (but oh-so-good!) chicken and burger options. I think they have some restaurants in the States, too.

Of course, picking up a bag of baby carrots, a can of tuna and some whole wheat buns at your supermarket is also super-quick and just as/more healthy. It all depends on your imagination and how hard you want to work for it.

nothing with burger and fries is the healthiest. salads with low fat dressings, baked potatoes not covered in cheese, sandwiches without a ton of mayo are good options to get if you have to go there, but otherwise - why bother? you aren't actually eating food. It's been so processed and filled with crap that now officially its a food product.

Of the 3, I would say Wendy's. They have some healthier choices comparatively speaking in terms of burgers. Also, their chili and baked potato (w/o butter n cream) are actually pretty healthy!

McDonalds: Any of their salads with the low fat dressing. Yogurt Parfait. Do not buy combo meals as they don't offer substitutions for their fat laden fries.

Wendys: Any of their salads with low fat dressing (or try fat free French). You can get any combo meal with a garden salad, try fat free French, and an ice tea (with the sugar free sweetener they have).

Burger King: Again, order salads with low fat/fat free dressing.

Subway: Lots of low fat sandwiches, you can tell them what vegetables to get.

Depends where you are in the world! In London there are quite a few middle-easter restaurants which serve quick and healthy salads and falafels - yummers!
