Any cat can live up to 25-30 if kept inside and safe along with a good diet. I have one that is 23 and still plays like a kitten sometimes.

I have a cat that is 18 years old and still going strong. If you take good care of a cat, they can live into their 20's according to my Vet. Mine is not a persian, but I see no reason why any cat if it is well taken care of, and an indoor cat cannot live a very long life.
