I am really confused about morals and values. I was hoping that someone could please tell me how they got their morals and values relating to a story.

I have a client who sees me 4 hours per week and she still flunked her last test! Now she wants 2 hours / week more. I enjoy tutoring most people but she leaves me irritable and drained.
Most of my clients see me one hour per week and improve by one or more letter grades just from that. But she just doesn't seem to be retaining.
I use various approaches with my clients, and help people whom most tutors can't help and have given up on. But every now and then I just can't seem to get through to someone. I don't like to say that some people just can't learn math, as most people can, but some need special approaches and extra TLC.
I wonder if maybe it's because of her cultural conditioning. She (and a few other really tough customers I've had) is a woman of certain age, in a longterm marriage, and used to having a man take care of certain aspects of life. Her husband pays for tutoring and is angry that she's not making progress.
What do you do for someone like this?

my dog is tired to a tire animal control left a card saying i couldnt do that but it keeps her free to rome yard and keeps her from digging and going out of the yard use to be a big problem. i tried calling them back to find out if its law backed they dont answers my calls in az.

my brother was an attractive, respectful,decent guy. he was dating this wonderful girl for over a year.they broke up just recently and before they did he cheated on her,treated her like **** and has become very cold to everyone. he has also lost alot of weight. so much that everyone who sees him is worried. he is about 6ft. tall and went from 140lbs done to barely even 100. he drinks and smokes weed on a regular.quit his job but is still going to school at least.he is a vet and has been bulimic as we think since a couple of months after he was mediacally discharged from the army. i have taken care of him and my other brother our whole lives and now he's a totally different person. i don't knwo what to do anymore and i am worried that he is going to kill himself if he keeps going on the way he is. please help me i don't know what to do. and i don't want to loose my brother. he has stated that all he cares about is school and i am so scared, i want to save him like i always do.HELP!!!!!!

i went to the pogues back in december and lets just say i had a little too much to drink and was sick on my jumper. when i got home i washed it and it wasn't smelling but after a few days it started to smell again. any ideas on how to remove the smell?
p.s. it's not a wool jumper... if that helps

My Sony DVD RW drive can write DVD Rs well. But toda when I tried to write some files in a DVD R, Nero showed an error message while bruning, which was "Power Calibration Error". I wondered if my DVD RW drive gone crazy, it can read DVDs well and it also can write on DVD RWs and CD Rs. Then why is this problem. Please help.

I've had to withdraw from school three semesters. My school's tuition is entirely too high. My plans are to transfer to another school which is cheaper. My problem is I can't transfer until my balance is paid off. What should I do? I know many people might tell me to get a job, but I have one. School is a top priority but so is my family's bills. my ex and i stayed friends long after we broke up from our 2 yr relationship, and recently (a few weeks ago) we started a relationship again. it's become long distance this time because i'm taking a semester off from college (we met at our college).
the distance seems to be helping because seeing eachother everyday in the past has caused arguments from school-related stress.
he is busy lately because he is studying for the mcat (he will die if he doesn't get into med school).
however, he doesn't want to talk on aim like we used to.
and we usually get together on saturdays. this particular weekend we were supposed to celebrate my birthday.
however, he pushed the day back to sunday, because he said that he doesn't have enough money to buy me a present till then (sunday is when his parents visit him/give him money).
the thing is,that seems like a stupid reason to push our day back to sunday.
i know he is busy with classes/mcat, but i think he's not telling me something.

I need gift ideas for my husband. He's a typical country boy-- not necessarily a red neck, but an outdoor loving, tractor driving, cow loving man. He works as a carpentar during the week and hangs out in the fields and the woods on the weekend. He doesn't hunt, smoke or drink.
