I live in California, have taken the California bar and plan to take IL next. I am wondering what good review programs there are out there. I'm reluctant to take BarBri because I know that in CA, at least, they do not spend much time teaching you how to write essays. And I'm not crazy about their seminar style approach. Ideally I'd like to do something at home so that I can study while I am still in CA. Any suggestions? Or, if you took BarBri and loved it, I'd like to hear that too.

i have a 30 GB ipod, but sometimes the earphones slip out of my ears, and theres nothing wrong with my ears that i know about. are there any other earphones that are just as or almost as loud as the iPod's, a reasonable price(not over 10 to 15 bucks), and can stay securely into my ear. thanks!!!

also, is there a website that can show me how to correctly put in the earphones, incase that might be my problem. thanks :D

My parents are talking about about my sister's marriage. I love my sister a lot. Even though I have a lot of friends, I still call my sister my bestfriend. I am 25 years old and she is 18. My mom and my sister still feed me food themselves. My dad says, "since he has appointed me as a CEO of his companies, I have to be a man and grow up.

I am worried I will miss her. I will even marry the girl she tells me to without looking at the girl. Since I only read spiderman comics. She also reads me books while I sleep on her lap. She is the best sister in the world.

But there is one good thing. She is going to marry the brother of the girl, I am going to marry. My sister and I are going to marry our cousins so her future husband is a friend of mine. When, I get married to my sister's husband's sister, then we will live together but my parents have said I will get married next year only. I have wait for one year without her. In our culture it is ok to marry a cousin.

My moom and i havent said a word to each other in two weeks and we live with each other we've been ingoring each other and i'm crying right now as i type this down. It hurts me and I've been gaining weight like crazy, 8 pounds in 6 days and my grades are falling apart too. Made two F's on report card...what do i do? Okay, my son was getting braces treatment for his teeth and in the middle of it, his insurance (Mediciaid, HIP ..whats the difference between them?) was cancelled, but the weird thing is MY insurance is still effective...
I want him to get the insurance as soon as possible because he's still in the middle of treatment and it will permanently damage his teeth if he stop the treatment like this. He still has the braces on him but haven't visit the orthodontist in almost 7 months.

What should i do?

I called HIP, they say to first apply for Mediciaid? (again, whats the difference between HIP and Medicaid?)

How can i do this and as soon as possible...i'm really worried?

I visit local social service and they told me to just apply for HIP and then Medicaid will become effective if HIP starts working again.

But i called HIP, and THEY said to first apply for Medicaid (how????) ...

All help will be appreciated, thanks :)

Its been over 4months since i had to break up with this wonderful guy that really knew how to treat me right. the reason i broke up with him was because he was second guessin his feelings for me and it hurt 2 much to stay. im still not over him and i still feel that same way i felt the day i broke it off with him. im 2 afraid to tell him how i feel because im worried that he'll either say "ok watever" or just walk away. i want him back so bad and im always wonderin wat hes feelin for me whether he has any feelings for me or nothin at all. i really need somethin to put my mind at ease, i dont want to be heartbroken anymore, i need to move on. i cant if i still love him.
