It was a waste of time! They took 20 people, but I swear they showed like none of them. The show focused on the horribly odd people, like the Big Bird Lady. She was beyond pointless! She is in her 50, large, but not in charge. Isn't the age limit on the show like 28? I feel that Fox owes me an hour of my life back.
I was amused by Paula and that she left for a previous family engagement. I have a feeling it was for an Intervention.

It was so funny.. It's terrible that i find these things funny, but some people come on the show and sing terrible. I just wonder how their family and friends can encourage them to go on television and make a fool of themselves... Do they really think they're good? I felt so bad for the girl who was growing her hair her entire life. SHe was so sweet, and although not the greatest singer i thought she had some potential. They should have let her sing another song. It was funny when they showed all the people saying thank you after the judges would tell them how bad they were and insult them

I agree with others. They are showing too many of the "bad" people this season. Other seaons, I thought it was fairly balanced. I did like Chris, the guy who said he thought his figure was similar to Christina Aguilera. There were a few others that I liked last night, but I cannot remember their names.

haha, like most of the early idol shows it was hilarious. i don't watch the later shows, as i really only like the comedy.
especially liked the "26 year old" big bird look alike. haha

It was funny... but they only showed like 4 people who actually made it while 20 something got through!

I'm from Birmingham so I had higher expectations... I think they spend way too much time on the crappy people.
