Question: a charge of q = +7.50 uC is located in an electrical field. The x and y components of the electric field are E(x) = 6.00 x 10^3 N/C and E(y) = 8.00 x 10^3 N/C, respectively. (a) What is the magnitude of the force on the charge? (b) Determine the angle that the force makes with the +x axis.

My Approach:
I have the answers to this problem; however, part (b) is where i am not getting the answer. I have theta = 53.13 degrees...my teacher marked it wrong for equalling 53 degrees. so what are his intentions? i asked him, but i cant understand his mumbling lol. anyways, i ask you people!

I need help with this 5 part question that I have no idea how to solve.

Factors and Remainders

1. When x^3 + a is divided by x + 2, the remainder is known to be -15. Find the numerical value of "a".

2. Find the value of "a" above when x + 2 is replaced by x - 2.

3. Find the smallest value of "a" for which x^3 + a is exactly divisible by x+2

4. If x - a is a factor of x^2 + 2ax - 3, find the numerical value(s) of "a".

5. Find the remainder when x^6 + 1 is divided by x - m.

Please help me, with explanations of how to do each step. Math has always been my weakest subject, and if possible, can anyone at least point me in the direction, and I'll do the calculating?

I have a almost 3 year old who has been banging his head on the walls for almost 2 years every morning nap and at night. I have taken his to phycologist who claim that it is a nerve problem, but seen a show on Dr. Phil about a little girl who was pulling her hair out and her doctors told her parents the same thing as mine told me. But his experts claim it is because they took to much away at one time, like I did to him. Bed and bottle both, so if anyone is going or went through this please help me! I am losing my mind about the constant beating on the walls!!!

Can i take medical marijuana for pain and take anti-depression medication at the same time?
I’m taking anti depression medication (celexa, & Bupropion) for couple of months now. I also have pain in my joints that I have been taking pain medication with little improvements. Now I was thinking of using alternative relief like medical marijuana. Would I have to stop taking my other medications in order to use it?

I am taking Human Anatomy and we saw a video of a girl in surgery and I saw them take a tendon or ligament out to replace some cartilage, and I felt nausea and lightheaded like I was floating away. I put my head down to rest and I had like a five second dream of me falling and spinning, next thing I know I am on the floor, and nobody noticed. I am not generally squemish about blood or anything except this just happened out of the blue.

I love Roseanne and the cosby show. I don't like it that Full House comes on at 1 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. I enjoy nick at nite it's usually all I like to watch at night , I stay up late and when kids should be in bed by say 9p.m. I don't want to see crap like Full House. So let's see more Roseanne and Cosby Show, a little Gilligans Island might not be so bad either. Three's company is good too. How about some Seinfeld once in awhile?

I hear a lot of people ripping on Bettman who would you suggest as the new commisioner? I supported Bettman for a long time I think the lockout needed to happen, the salary cap is good, salaries were getting way out of control. The new rules open up the ice and make the game more exciting to the casual fan and first time viewer. But the TV contract with VS is a joke, and the league markets Crosby and Ovechkin as the future of the league and must see acts but then teams in the west (who need the most help btw) only see these players once every 3 years. What does the league need to do to get back on track and who should be the second commish?

...She is my first love. We've been together since we were 8. The last years we lost contact. Now she is married with a 2 years old daughter and she says that she wants to be with me...

We were talking the last five months almost every day, but is really hard for her to get a divorce. So i told her that is better to stop have any contact and give up from this dream, even i love her so much...

As i was finishing up some lab work, i realized that perfection is boring. I wouldnt have a job if things always turned out how they were supposed to.

Why is everyone always looking for perfection? Perfection is boring. The universe is said to constantly move from a less chaotic state to a more chaotic one, (that may be the law of entropy or enthalpy). So are we here to try and combat a force that has already been set in motion from the beginning of time?

Is it human nature to constantly try to achieve perfection with everything? because if its not, then why is it that any of you out there read these questions? is it not to achieve some sort of enlightenment? or to help make the world better by trying to help others out?

I understand that those were too many questions to answer, so answer this one:

Is the meaning of life to seek perfection? and if it is, is perfection feasible?
