If they have gone through the legal system, that is, been charged, convicted and sentenced, then they ARE in jail. If the Church has reason to suspect clergy who have not gone through that process, you don't want them remaining in parishes. Got any better REASONABLE suggestions?

I've never heard of such a place. Perhaps because they feel they can rehabilitate them?
