men are usually more physically fit than most women so my stair climbing 30 tims a day at home may not be chalenging enough for you. Look into the Nordictrack Treadclimber. My man and I LOVE it. It is SUPER challenging. I am exhausted on it after 40 minutes and I am a regular "stair climber".......... I always suggest swimming to people because that is the ONE AND ONLY excercise that physically exhausts me up to my eyelids after a workout. I sleep like a drunk person after a good hard swim... SERIOUSLY!!!!!

Hope I was helpful.
Good Luck
P.S> Milk jugs full of water are EXTREMELY challenging. Even just carrying them around will get to you......

Pat your head and rub your tummy at the same time...

Or, yeah, go climb Mt. Everest, swim to the bottom of the ocean without oxygen tanks, or use cars when weightlifting. I prefer just to go backpacking...get out in the beautiful mountains and hike until you drop! ;)

swimming is a good physical challenge rather than anything......it involves the movements of each and every muscle of your body...so swimming can be a good physical challenge
