Train yourself to not eat anything after 6pm. Make sure you aren't eating just cuz you are up late or bored...eat when you are HUNGRY and your body needs nutrition. If you are still in need of nourishment, eat some carrot sticks, raw nuts, or an apple. Go to bed earlier, wake up earlier, and when you eat, NEVER eat until you are full. Stop when you are almost full, but still have room for more. Drink lots of water, too, starting right after you wake up, and constantly throughout the day. Maybe your metabolism is just fast. Try eating smaller portions more often throughout the day. Hope this helps!

hmmm drink a full glass of milk and if you still feel a little empty then try a a small amount of fruits... or carrots.. as i am doing right now.. lol fighting late night hunger.. eat a nice dinner... that will last... like stay in your stomach.. and not something that will go straight through your body like a salad or fruits... you should eat something filling for dinner.. there are lots of things that are filling that are low in fat and carbs that you can eat and not worry about gaining weight.. lol try chicken breast its low in fat. calories and cholesterol but still healthy for you and it stays in your stomach so you wont be hungry later on...
oh and dont sleep on an empty stomach..
# 1 you wont be able to sleep properly
#2 you'll feel like crap in the morning
#3 and you'll eat more in the morning than usual.. so thats not good for you
#4 a healthy snack before sleep is better than eating double in the morn.. because you burn cals while you sleep anyways...

This is my biggest problem as well- best advice is to go to bed on an empty stomach- so if you can manage to go to sleep hungry you're better off... If this is not possible at this point in time, eat healthy snacks, drink water, and give yourself a calorie limit- say, for instace, 200-300 calories

Shorts and a t-shirt, except the temperature is below 40F. Then i could placed on denims. so some distance, the only crime i've got been conscious of is a few jerk rushing down Church street, to whom I yelled a number of epithets at 3am. Then I made my get away, till now absolutely everyone stated as the cops on me, for traumatic the peace.

Drink a glass of water or have a cup of tea.

I also drink a glass of water before I eat a meal, that way I feel a little more fuller before I tuck into my meal, and am not likely to go for seconds or eat a huge meal.

u would think that as much as they put into these computer that they could have an apple sauce dispenser built in, like they fed robo cop to keep him alive, how about a endless red liquorish coming out of the CPU a cd player that has a pringle flipper
