i hired a solicitor as i had a injury claim. the case was dropped, i have since got invoice for £1200! i told solicitor from beginning i had no funds, im single mum working part time. i thought i was on a no win no fee. he has showed me form i signed though stating it was a conditional fee case. i seriously dont have any money and he is stating will issue court procedings. will court help me at all? i am worried as i have a mortgage can he take my house? i offered £5 per month, he states he wants £50 per week! i only get £160 per wk to live on!!!! im overdrawn already and ticked to eye balls with debt!!!!!!!!! help

I have been dating this married guy for over four years.when we met we made it very clear that some day i have to move on meet sombody single and get married. Now, we have been having problems lately resulting in fights and i told this guy i didnt want to have a relationship with him but just be friends. He agreed because he knows he can never make me happy the way i would like. We have been friends but their some habits that he cant stop right away. Ever since i made a decison, i have been doing my own things and its been exciting unlike before because i used to consider his feelings.He still comes home and sometimes he wants to be intimate with me. I now find it very odd because i have fallen out of love with him and i cant tell him straight. His my friend but i wnat him to concentrate on his family too. I met a single guy and were getting off well, now i dont know how to tell my ex to stop visiting me unexpectedly. I dont want to offend him but he has to let me go.

I've been talkin 2 this guy I met on the net for abt 2 months now.He's very sweet and has a gr8 personality.He told me he had developed strong feelins 4me after we spent a couple of hours on the webcam to each other.
We went on a date on Saturday and it was great.I thought it went really well and he was paying a lot of attention to me and he was a real gentleman. I thought that his body language was positive 2 cos he was leaning towards me over the table and making lots of eye contact.At the end of the date he gave me a hug and it wasn't a casual hug but a real warm hug, which made me think that he must like me.
That night I only got a few texts off him,one of which referred to me as 'baby' but I've heard nothing since.I was on MSN last night and he said hey to me as soon as I signed in,told me he'd had a good weekend and didn't talk to me much after so I went offline..
But I don't know what this means? Did he like me? Is he still interested? Should I talk to him? What should I do?

They are all Beautiful earthtone browns, white, etc.

I need to add some splash to my home. It seeming Drab to me. Any suggestions? Any links would be great also. I do not want to paint my walls a different color I just want to accessorize with complimentary colors. Please help!

Ok a while back I asked you guys if I should tell my bf if I loved him. After reading what every1 said I waited 4 the right time 4 me.
So I tell him - we r in bed, just chatting & I just come out & say I love u to him, he smiled, & gave me a big hug, then said "I’m falling in love with u", since then (it was just after xmas) I have said it 1 other time.
I don’t want 2 rush him, so I’m just getting on with things. But I’m finding now that it’s getting really hard for me, I don’t really know how he feels about me, & it really hurts. I'm finding its on the tip of my tongue so much now, & I’m having to hold it back, as like I said I don’t want to say it 2 much, as he might feel I am pushing/rushing him.
What do I do? Do I just continue 2 wait or do I say something.
I’m finding myself holding back my feelings and I don’t like this. I think its coming between our relationship 2.

Please help!

Do you think,as proposed by Shilpa for instance, that Jade, Jo and Danielle should be forgiven for their behaviour in the BB House - or do you think thet are effectively innocent anyway - or do you think they should carry out some "penance" eg working for racial awareness/antibullying associations or maybe you won't ever feel inclined to forgive them? Or maybe you think the whole sorry episode is beneath your "radar" and have never taken any interest in it - as effectively utterly trivial? What's your take on it?
