Look up the definition of 'ethnic minority'. The majority of people in the US are white.

AS far as numbers residing in the U.S, they are a minority, but that does not mean that there is difficulty when they apply for various things or under consideration for a loan.

There is law against discrimination against people for racial reasons, and the same goes for business loans.

Applications for a loan are always considered in light of the ability to repay it.

Yes, anyone that is not white is considered a minority and they have special status that allows them rights that white are not allowed, such as affirmative action and such. If you are indian, congrats. there are plenty of opportunities for you to get an education or start a business in America. Make your dream come true. Good luck!

Yes, they are in the 2, or 3 % of other.
That's part of a low percentage.
If it's higher, it's not off by much.
Anyone out there know?
