I have had a sharp painful headache for 4 days now on left side of head. On the 2nd day a rash started to show on same side of headache on forehead. I still have this, but this morning i have now noticed a lump on left side of neck. Half way down. Neck really aches.
Any ideas what this could be ? getting worried and at moment feeling to ill to get to my doctor.

I haven't been to goodwill in a long long time... I heard that you can buy clothes by the pound. is that true? Is it a specail thing or and everyday thing?

Does Salvation army do that too??
