I've heard it can restrict injections you can get in the future, and might be bad for you.

Ok first off tats mean what you want them to mean while i have NEVER heard of it meaning that you take it in the azz it has been called a tramp stamp and is highly popular among dancers and others for small tats of course some of those people are easy and it holds that meaning for them. SECOND it will not restrict anything unless its fresh I AM a medical assistant and while we were trained to avoid sticking an injection in a tatooed area it will not harm it so get a tat and call it a day and if for some reason a doctor says im sorry we cant do this because of the tat maybe you need a second opinon doctor good luck to finding your answer

A tattoo is on the top layer of the skin, its not in so deep it can harm anything, all these myths about tatoos causing problems for shots, injections, surgeries are all bogus. People have been getting tattooed for hundreds of hundreds of hundreds of years...Do not worry about it, if you want a tattoo sit through the little bit of pain and get one, if not then don't get one.

Tattoos are not bad for you.

As long as you go to a reputable and clean shop you won't have any problems from the day you get the tattoo until the day you die.

please search other questions before posting! i have answered this like 3 times already on here. IT WILL NOT AFFECT INJECTIONS IN THE BACK OR ANYWHERE ELSE. I HAVE DONE IT A MILLION TIMES! NOR WILL THE INJECTIONS AFFECT A TATTOO.

that is absolutely not true!!! there is no reason to not be able to get an epidural or lumbar puncture (the only needle sticks i can think of that you'd need to get in your spine or back) it's an urban legend.

Total crap. Tattoos change the colour of your skin, not how thick it is. There won't be any problems like that.
