Last year I had a fling with a guy from work. He threatened to write a letter to my boyfriend so I told my BF all about it, left him and went to live with my Mum. In the months since he's taken me off the mortgage of our house (i.e I've lost everything) and I've been with the other man but in my heart I still love my ex BF.
Yesterday I finished with the other man, told him I had things on my mind, didn't want a relationship blah blah blah. Just not the truth that I still love my ex.
I feel absolutely gutted today. Don't know what to do with myself.
Any ideas??

A teardrop falls,
From a new widow's eyes,
As she tries to figure out,
How she's going to live without her husband.
She can't give up, Because to her little girl,
She's now Mommy and Daddy.

As her husband fought for his life,
He thought about how they would survive,
If he were to die.
So he wrote them both letters,
Of what he thought the end might be like.

To his baby girl he wrote,
"When I die I'll go to heaven,
and watch over you.
The only pain I'll feel is missing you,
So please don't cry,
Just know Daddy's going to a wonderful place,
Where he'll get to meet Jesus,
Face to face.
I'll see you again someday,
But until then I'll think of you everyday."

To his wife he wrote something entirely different,
"When I die where will I go?
I seem to have lost my faith in heaven and God,
Because he's taking me away from you.
Will he be there to meet me at those pearly gates,
Or will I just wait n endless space?
My belief in God has always been strong,
But what if I've been wrong?"

Though he did not know it then,
He wrote those letters in that way,
He son figured out why his mind had worked in the manner.

If he had told his little girl of his fears of death,
She might lose her faith in Him,
And might start to fear her own end.
He told his wife of them however,
Because he knew she knew God is forever.

As this new-found widow,
Read her letter,
She found her faith was stronger than ever.
She knew that God would lead her,
Through the toughest times without him,
Because her husbands last words to her were,
"I see the light that everyone speaks of,
But in my light there's something special.
God's hand is here to take me home,
Because it the end of my life here on earth,
But the beginning of the one that we will share together,
When you join me in the land of forever."

I'm planing a trip to Mae Hong Son from the 1st to the 4th of March.
Could someone recommend me a nice and romantic place where I could stay 3 nights with my girlfriend? I wouldn't like to pay more than 1500THB per night.
Thank you for any advice and experiences!

As to the Taurat (Torah), Jewish scribes painstakingly copied it via a system of checking, double checking and adding each letter on each line. Any attempt to change something in the Torah would have resulted in immediate discovery and condemnation. And copies of the Torah from around the world agree exactly. Thousands of the Hebrew Old Testament manuscript copies are still available for textual criticism, ranging in age from the second century B.C. (Before Christ) to the eleventh century A.D. (After Christ).

This same quality of transmission cannot be said of the Islamic Qur'an. The Islamic Qur'an was mostly written down from 3rd and 4th hand accounts; and from a few thoughts written on scrap papers, palm leaves and stones --and compiled over 150 years after Muhammad died in 632 A.D. In the Mishtatu ‘lMasabih, chapter 3, we are informed that by the command of the first Caliph, Abu Bakr, the text of the Qur’an was “collected” by Zaid ibn Thabit “from palm leaves and stones and from the breasts of those who had learned by heart” the various revelations." Abu Bakr’s copy came into the possession of Hafsah, one of Muhammad’s widows. Qustalani states that after Hafsah’s death her copy was torn to pieces by Mirwan, who was governor of Medina.

The oldest Qur'an dates from around 790 A.D. (after Jesus), and it is in the British Library. That's 158 years after Muhammad’s death. See corrupted Qur'an here .

Muslims often claim that the manuscript of the Qur'an housed in the Topkapi Museum in Istanbul, Turkey is one of the oldest sources. Muslims say it dates from around 650 A.D. There is an insurmountable problem with this. This document is written in Kufic (also known as al-Khatt al-Kufi) script. Coins in the British Museum show that the first coins using the Kufic script date from the mid to end of the 8th century (750-800 A.D.). The only script used during and after Muhammad's days was the Jazm script.

And how old are your kids? Do you stick to the "age appropriate" designations, or go with what you know your own kids can do?

when we meet someone we think the sun moon and stars shine out their backside - but after a while realise that really they're not even near being all that! Like just recently I realised that a friend of mine whom I thought was the best thing ever really was just a typical sleazebag........ Im not referring to friends only - romantic interests can be the same also - like what clouds our judgement for the initial time period!? thoughts on this please everyone. Thanks!

This horrible person realizes that he's about to die so he drops to his knees and says the Lord's Prayer, will he be accepted? Because it obvious he just using it as an "insurance policy". Someone told me you can get into heaven if you truly don't want to be in hell. How fair is that if its true? So is it how you live? Or how scared you are at the end of your life?

I don't know if I neccessarilly beleive in Hvn or Hell but its an interesting thought notheless.

So many statistics are showing up about how much smarter home schooled kids turn out to be. If you could figure out how to do it, would you home-school your kids? Maybe with enough club and social activity to make up for being in school with other kids?
