or is society attacking skinny people now. I'm getting sick and tired of my people telling me i need to eat more. For instance my friends and I went to an all you can eat buffet, and one of them told me, "I wasn't getting my moneys worth, but only eating two plate." I have a very high metabolism and that's not my fault. I'm 5 ft. 106 lbs. I won't eat everything under the sun, just because it's available to me. Any advice for making my friend stop before i say something very ignorant about her being overweight? I really don't want to go there. Thanks

I have this really good friend that has confided in me and she wants me to try to help her. Before I get started, please no stupid, smart butt or rude comments. This is a serious question and I am trying to help put. Ok so here is the deal, she is 26 years old and she told me that she has wet the bed and this before like 4 or 5 years ago. I am 29yo with 2 young children. Over the last 2 years I have lost 37kg and feeling much better for a healthy diet and I exercise with a trainer 3-4 times a week. (Iam 165cm and 71kg now) But over the last month I have started to feel tired all the time (generally sleep 8-9hrs a night). Bloated stomach, obvious to people, terrible headaches and upset tummy with cramps and needing to go to the bathroom 3-4 times a day,-(Not everyday, about 2-3 times a week) I have not been to the doctor as I thought it was just being busy over Xmas, but now life is back to normal and has been for last 2-3 weeks and feeling worse not better. I do not take any medication, except the contraceptive pill (Jasmine) and generally have a berocca (multi-vit) most mornings. Have I got something wrong, or am I being over the top ?

I was going through the security check at PHX airport on Tuesday with my boyfriend, and the Police arrested me for a warrant they said the Grand Jury Indicted me. They took me downstairs at the airport and frisked me, no finger prints or mug shot or booking number, then drove me downtown to "bond" out. Then drove me back to the airport to catch the next flight. My boyfriend said the Police told him that since the new passport law changed on Tuesday, there is a new "super computer" that knows every flight I take and that's how they knew I was there, and they arrested me. I fly internationally every week. It has never happened before and that is an old warrant. I think they got tipped off. Do they have a new system that checks for warrants? If so, when I book a flight online, does that go to a computer that tells them who I am, where I'm going and when?

I have been with my boyfriend for a year and a month already. I've always been faithful to him and I know I love him with all my heart. However, I left my whole family at another state to be with him and now I'm applying at his college. I see myself having kids with him and having a house with him. Hello.

I'd like to know if taking my fish oil & vitamin E pills with a high-fiber food like oatmeal (5g dietary fiber: 3g soluble, 2 g insoluble) or metamucil (3 g dietary fiber: 2 g soluble) might be counterproductive.

Could anyone please comment on this? Will soluble or insoluble fiber decrease fat absorption, and *if*so is there a reference range of how much (and for how long) each type of fiber that would significantly interfere with fat absorption?
