I have this really good friend that has confided in me and she wants me to try to help her. Before I get started, please no stupid, smart butt or rude comments. This is a serious question and I am trying to help put. Ok so here is the deal, she is 26 years old and she told me that she has wet the bed and this before like 4 or 5 years ago. She thinks that she needs to go see a doctor. Can anyone shed some light on this matter. She is really upset about this.

Her bladder doesnt hold as strong as the average one could. This could also mean some dream she is having (like going to the bathroom, nervous, etc). Cranberry juice helps, but seeing a doctor as you said is the way to go.

Good luck to you and your friend :)

Yes, she should talk to her doctor about it. She should not keep any secrets or health concerns from her physician. She confided in you, so it shouldn't be that hard to tell a professional in that field. Doctors are here to help and they no best.

I knew a girl in college who had this problem. It turned out she had a severe urinary tract infection but peeing the bed was her only symptom.
Get your friend to a doctor!!

Cranberry juice (organic). Reduce alcohol intake and try to incorporate fennel seeds or bulbs into her diet.
Try a full-body cleanse.
