Egg Substitutes
It's not hard to substitute for eggs in most vegan recipes. The substitute used depends on the recipe it's being used in. Try some of these and let me know how they work for you.
Ener-G Egg Replacer: This is the one I use most often in baking; it's really only good for recipes that call for 1 or 2 eggs. You can find it at natural food stores. One whole egg = 1.5 tsp powder + 2 tbsp water. It's made from potato flour and other vegan leaveners.
Tofu: Tofu is great for egg substitutions in recipes that call for a lot of egg (like quiches). To substitute for only one egg in a recipe, whip 1/4 cup tofu and add to your cooking.
Stuff around your kitchen:
1 whole egg = 2 tbsp water + 1 tbsp oil + 2 tsp baking powder
1 egg = 1 tbsp ground flax seed simmered in 3 tbsp water
1 egg = 2 tbsp water + 2 tsp baking powder
egg white = dissolve 1 tbsp plain agar powder in 1 tbsp water. Whip, chill and whip again.
For use in sweet baking:
Try substituting 1 banana or 1/4 cup apple sauce for each egg called for in a sweet, baked recipe. These will flavour the recipe, however, so make sure banana or apple will taste good in it
I can't remember where I found this information (it was on-line), but it's helped me a lot.

Why do you need eggs? If it's for baking.. use EnerG Foods Egg Replacment.
I am allergic to eggs, dairy, almonds, soy, gluten so know alot of replacment products, but some times it's plain old easier just to avoid that entirely.

As others have said for baking etc Ener-G makes a good replacer for eggs aeration properties! Xanthan gum is great for replacing egg as a binder (search my answers for details). Tofu works well for replacing egg bulk for scrambles, salads etc.
Need more specific details? Just ask through an edit!

They sell egg substitute at a lot of Organic/Natural foodstores, and since the whole organic/veggie scene seems to be getting big, you can even find them in your local [insert superstore here], usually in the Produce or egg/dairy section.

as vegan milk you mean soy milk right?
okay well you the basic things a vegan is missing is:
a) protien b) dairy c) iron!!!
so you need to make sure you get a subsatute for three of those items in EVERY MEAL. also make sure you get from the rest of the food groups: grain; fruit/vegi.
a) protien subsatutes examples:
tofu
beans + rice
b) dairy subsatutes examples:
soy milk
soy yogurt
soy cheese
soy EVERYTHING!!!!
c) iron substatutes examples:
taking it by pills or liquid medacin
lot's of GREEN veggies
this is all TRUE. my 30 years old sister is a doctor for this type of stuff and is still studying it at universaty
good luck!

anyways, if ur using egg substitutes for recipes, you can find a powder like someone else said.
but if ur looking at getting scrambled eggs, i'd go to http://www.vegweb.com and they have alot of good recipes that imitate eggs.

If you like that idea for health reasons, you should try the raw diet. There are great sites on it. It's pretty much amazing.
