If you are a Pittsburgh local, the Penguins store at the Mellon Arena would be my first choice. KoSports in Canonsburg,PA usually has a lot of jerseys too.

Dick's Sporting Goods has both Crosby and Malkin jerseys for about $150 each.
You can order them off of the Penguins' website (or nhl.com) for the same price, but you'd have to wait for delivery.
And if you're looking for an authentic one, it's going to run a pricey $250 and you can only get those through the website or the league.
So, in short, I would go with Dick's.
