I have lost 25 pounds recently and have about 5-10 more pounds to go until I reach my goal. However, I am having trouble with these last 5-10 pounds, that seem to be all in my lower stomach. I am on the treadmill for 30-40 minutes 5 days a week, and I do crunches, sit ups, etc...but my stomach still seems to have this "pouch". Any ideas on what I can do to get rid of it??? Am I the only woman out there with this problem?
