My friend reccomend a movie to me, but couldn't remember the name or anybody in it, very helpful. It's about this girl who keeps reliving her death. I believe it's recent.
SPOILERS!!!
In the end it turns out that it's actually the guy who killed her reliving what happened. Anyone know?

The only movie even that I can even think of is the Woman in White with Lucas Haas, but that was in the 80's...and that was about a girl's spirit who relived her death.

Is it the Japanese film "Reincarnation" by Takashi Shimizu? The last line of your post made me think that might be it. It played as part of the "8 Films to Die For" festival.
Otherwise it might be "The Return" with Sarah Michelle Gellar.

Haven't seen that one. Have you checked out High Tension? It's a little weird, but I loved the way it ended (a little twist thing like the one you are talking about)- kind of a shock to me. Pretty gross scenes though.
