If it is a mistake, it should be corrected easily and fairly quickly. People make typos all the time. They would have to honor a contract, not a web listing.
If it remains on there, it is a tactic to get people to call the realtor, and that is not ethical.
You can report it if it remains the way it is, but you personally will not gain anything from it.

Naw I don't think that it will hold up in court. It is an overt mistake that stands out like a sore thumb. If all other town homes are selling for $240,000 why would this one of all the rest be selling for half.
I am sure you will find some lawyer that will say let's give it a shot and see what happens? Tell him OK you do it pro bono and see if he still want to do without you giving him an advance
I hope that this has been of some use to you, good luck.

This is not a "bait & switch" if this is something you are thinking, also. Anyone who could only buy a condo for $65,000 could never be talked into a $240,000 purchase.
No, there's nothing anyone can do. You can't sue the seller for purchasing at that price...you can report the realtor for illegal advertising...and what good would that do you?
This country is too "sue happy"....get on with your life.

I would not think there is anything you can do. The agreement would be between you and the owner of the property, not you and the Realtor. So unless the owner of the property agrees to 65, there is nothing you can do for this property. You may try and call Better Business Bureau, or see if your state's Realtors have some type of of Association, to see if this realty company does it often, just to get people to call. It MAY just be an honest mistake.

as a professsional,i will be brisk, short and sharp with you.no person or company is immune to mistakes.however, when an advert is placed on the web,it is offered to the world, thus no damage has been inflicted on you personally.however,if you have entered into a private treaty with the concerned party i.e. through correspondences,,they are surely liable to you.please note that you should be able to prove and calculate your claims of injury.if i were you,i put the matter behind me and move on, in search of another property.look around and be sincere with yourself, you will find out that you must have wronged someone else at one point in time or the other.hope this piece will help you.

authentic resources continually is going in cycles - immediately it is a "down" marketplace. it is going to %. lower back up - a real resources sales license is too helpful an element and far too elementary to save to easily enable it bypass because of what the marketplace is presently doing. The marketplace received't stay like this continuously. My advice is, in case you've already got it - save it.

If it turns out that they do this kind of thing often, and on purpose, then a complaint is in order (to the state licensing agency - maybe criminal too, I don't know), but if your question is whether or not you can buy it for 65k.... nope.
