I want to prepare a little speech to explain to people that I provide services not a slave village. For those who are involved with community services and people pay the agency and I'm hired by the agency and don't pick out the people I work with. How do I say this in a good way? Many people have quit because of people like this and the agency babies them. They have also told the agency who cannot and can work with their family members. I want to say it in a classy way that demands respect.

My fiance broke things off with me...after recently seeing his ex wife. He does not know who he loves. The problem is...she left him about 5 years ago for a man whom she's been with all of this time. This man has no car...has a crappy job and she supports him. I've known about my man emailing her..and I used to read the emails...I didn't like it...but if they want to be friends...I cant stop that. Anyhow...she's thinking of leaving her man and my fiance and her have told each other they still have feelings for one another. Now my man is walking away from everything...to see how he truly feels. I am now left..with nowhere to go..and no car...I have to buy one when my taxes come in. I love him and have put up with a lot from him and I truly thought he was over her. I have been talking to her...but cant trust her...I dont want to hate her...but I feel like she should have left things in the past. I feel also like he shuld have left things in the past. I'm having a birthday party for my son. And I would like to remember the great grandparents that he has never met. I was thinking of making a poster and posting their names to it. I need something like a special quote, poem, or saying to also add. I want his party to be a joyful time but i would like to remember family members also. I will likely be graduating with two B.S.E. degrees, one in electrical engineering and one in computer engineering in the spring of 08. I really want to go to a top grad school so I'm looking into applying this December. I will probably graduate with a GPA around 3.8/4.0 overall and about 3.95/4.0 in my major. Hopefully I'll do well on the GRE and will be able to get 3 solid letters of recommendation. The only problem is I have no research experience whatsoever. What are the chances of getting into a top program such as MIT, Cal-Berkeley, Michigan etc. with no research experience?

I cant seem to get to sleep before midnight most nights but am always really tired in the mornings? Is it best to try and make myself go to bed earlier or get up earlier so that Im tired earlier? I seem to perk up about 10pm and thats actually when I have the most energy. I do housework even! Also does this happen to you?

I have been taking clomid now for 4 months if I take it this month it will be 5 months. I have horrible pain when on it, I cant have sex cause it hurts, totally defeats the purpose, sometimes I just bare with it. My question is, did anyone get off it, and end up pregnant the following month. Did anyone have horrible pain on it around ovulation? Should I just hang in there for another month?

I just found out that my dog has cancerous Lymphoma. He has a mass growing against his esophagus which is pushing it to one side sometimes making it hard for him to breathe. He also has some kind of infection in his lungs which the vet says that we can treat with antibiotics. He is going on 13 years old and I feel that he has been extremely well taken care of throughout his life. Right now he is acting normally, just sleeping a lot and moving around as is expected for a dog his age. Based on his age I have decided not to operate and I am concerned that I will end up waiting too long or not long enough to make the decision to put him down. Can anyone help me with suggestions on how to go about making the hardest decision in my life? I have only had one pet and have never had to make this choice before. Please help.

I am a mother of two and I have been adamant about my kids knowing who they are and accepting themselves prior to making any changes to their physical appearance (hair color, piercing, etc). My 16 year old son has pierced his lip (without my knowledge) and I won't allow him to wear a ring in it. He thinks it's not fair and not a big deal. What are your thoughts?
