Both a and b - just depends on which is comfortable that night. More often fall asleep on side, but almost always end up on back before morning.
Definately 3 don't wanna have to worry about having to run outside in the middle of the night nude. :-)
Both d and e - Every other week my hubby is home so I get to have bed company.
5, gotta be able to see into the hallway....it's an OCD thing for me.

I sleep, on my stomach, in my undies, with my wife and in the dark.
In fact I find sleeping so easy, I can do it with my eyes closed.

I sleep on my right side, in my T-shirt and my panties, with my husband behind me and my cat on the other side with all the lights off. Pretty good feeling and definitely comfy.
