Yes, and the results are good and bad. On one hand yes, you will lose weight. I started my weight loss with this drug. On the other hand it's bad because you don't want to eat after a while. I mean you really don't want to eat anything, and my mouth was always dry. Carrying water around was a necessity. If you do choose to take this, keep a daily journal of your food intake...never go under 1200 calories a day. I stopped this drug after two months and continued my weight loss with diet and exercise...1 year later 100 lbs. gone! You can fight being overweight, and if you use these drugs correctly they can help you to overcome your weight issue. Good luck!

I just started a new program this past Wednesday. Have you heard of the pill "Fahrenheit"??? That's what I've been taking. And, I just weighed myself today and measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4 inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed 145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I don't know how much weight I have lost. The people and Modulators will help you with ANY questions and all that you have. I want to be down to around 115-120 pounds by the end of April, so hopefully I will get there. I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Unless prescribed, it is dangerous to take them.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

I personally have not used DRUGS to lose weight I use an all natural cleansing, replenishing, system that I have lost 20 lbs and gone from a size 18-10. I have my young children also on this system and they have seen results with some health issues.

I love, love, LOVE Adipex!!! My doctor prescribes it for me and he takes it once in awhile too! I love how it helps me curb my appetite and gives me so much energy! You have to be smart about it though. I love my diet dinners so I am sure to have one or two of them every day and protein shakes with skim milk. Some fruit and vegetables added in and you re good to go!!! The thing is, if you don t have a plan you really don t have any appetite and don t bother eating!!! At least it gets me off the couch and helps me not to constantly pick at food all day!!! My doctor takes it if he feels he s gained a few pounds and wants to get them off and then stops.

I took it and would again I lost about 30 pounds in a little over a month but I wasn't eating much I chewed alot of gum though.Also I know a website where you can actually purchase it.

when out at a restaurant ask the server to hold the bread snack mix or chips and salsa that might come before the meal if you re hungry youll be tempted
