ok there is a really cool song i like but for the moment its only availible to be heard on this streaming media player! so could someone help me and tell me if there is anyway to rip the music from the streaming media player?

Yes, there certainly is a way to do it. At the below link you'll find a totally free program called "Audacity". One of the features (among many) that it has is the ability to record sounds that play on your computer, even streaming media. On that same web page you'll see an add-on to Audacity called "LAME mp3 encoder". Download and install both. Once you've got Audacity installed, activate it, and near the top right you'll see a "down arrow" next to the default of "Line In". Change that by clicking on the arrow and select "What U Hear". At that point you can open up your source for the streaming media and click on the "Record" button in Audacity, letting it run until the song is over, and clicking the "Stop" button. At that point, click on File on the top menu bar and choose "Export as .mp3". You'll have your song in .mp3 format. Good luck.
