Actually, the first guy to answer you was right...It will not make it to the Wii. However, he was completely wrong on the rest of it. Assassin's Creed will launch for Xbox 360 and PS3 simultaneously, and PC will follow...geez...read up on it a bit...check my link

Sadly, no. First it will be released for the Playstation 3, then the PC and finally Xbox 360.
