i recently posted a question about how other mothers would feel if they were to put there 2 year old in a child care center with ratios like these. There are no centers except 1 that do infants so i will leave out the infant ratio this center is the exception but thereis a year long waiting list and unless you sihn up your child before birth they won't get in not to mention it is over 150.00 a week at this peticular center here are the ratios
1 year olds 10 children to 1 care provider
2 year olds 12 children to 1 care provider
3 year olds 14 children to 1 care provider
4 year olds 16 children to 1 care provider
do you all get the picture most of these centers cost between 98 to 125 a week and many of them have had serious problems at one center a who was 8 months old pulled a crock pot down and recieved serious borns and brain damage one center locked a child on a bus for four hours and tried to cover it up many centers hire with out background checks where do i start to fix this

My boss, at the company I work for, is trying to get rid of me.
It started when he told me to fire someone, but I said "No. We don't have enough evidence!"
Later, we gathered all the evidence, and fire the guy, but I could feel that my boss didn't like the fact that I said no to him.

So he started digging. He dug up some, and made up the rest (about 90% of that), and gave me a warning.

I only have one more warning before I get terminated. I know he is waiting for me to slip up to give me my final warning.

I talked to a lawyer, but he told me to suck it up and move on with my life, but I am wondering maybe some of you know what else I can do? I mean, they can't just treat you like sh*t simply because they are your boss, can they?

Is there anything I can do regarding my current warning? I mean, I can prove that it is a fake, that almost every single statement there is false.

The guy sounds like Gavin DeGraw or Jet or Maroon 5. It's like on this in the song. Yelling "Baby" "here I am" and towards the chorus part its like all together now the song kind of sounds new like it came out in 2006.

The other song sounds like the Singer Franz Ferndinand. The verses of the guy singing sound similar to "Take It Higher (Twist And Shout) chorus). And on the chorus its like eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeee eeeeee. No joke.

And the site does not have a top 20 or a place where I could find them. If someone could help me the station is Mix985 (if you live in Boston MA).

I have a friend in Sweden who claims he is unable to get cold/flu combination tablets, and there are only natural remedies, i assume they would have something containt pseudoephidrine, or something with codeine and panadol? Is there something available?
