My boss, at the company I work for, is trying to get rid of me.
It started when he told me to fire someone, but I said "No. We don't have enough evidence!"
Later, we gathered all the evidence, and fire the guy, but I could feel that my boss didn't like the fact that I said no to him.

So he started digging. He dug up some, and made up the rest (about 90% of that), and gave me a warning.

I only have one more warning before I get terminated. I know he is waiting for me to slip up to give me my final warning.

I talked to a lawyer, but he told me to suck it up and move on with my life, but I am wondering maybe some of you know what else I can do? I mean, they can't just treat you like sh*t simply because they are your boss, can they?

Is there anything I can do regarding my current warning? I mean, I can prove that it is a fake, that almost every single statement there is false.

i dont know what to say man , but i feel for you , one of friends a top performer in the office did whatever his boss said , afetr some time there was an arguement and he fell of with him, eventually he was fired for a very trivial reason, the guy complined to the super boss only to find out that two were on the same boat, I can only suggest you to lookout for yourself till the time things dont cool down, only if you have excellent realtion with your superboss should you try to by pass your boss (or he has a grudge against your boss) I know a case where a girl had evidence and therefore the mgmt instead fired the boss but as we know its too rare. all the best..........

your boss has to have someone over him....if i were you i would talk to the higher person or try to settle this privately with your boss and simply explain to him that you feel uncomfortable
