I am a breastfeeding mom and I am going back to work next week. I have been pumping and freezing my milk so we won't have to use formula but I have NO IDEA how much milk I need to send. My son is 7 weeks old.
Any other breast feeding moms that went back to work around this time? Around how many ounces was your baby drinking each feeding from the bottle? How much milk did you need to supply your child care provider with for an 8 to 9 hour work day?

We have a 7 yr old yellow lab, best dog ever, who gets really bad ear infections. I know they're common due to the floppy droopy ears, but is there anything we can do to try to prevent them? The last one was so bad, he had gotten a secondary infection due to the scratching it and turned out allergic to the ear drops so he had to take benadaryl on top of it. Any ideas??

Also, I'm not saying I'd necessarily do it, has anyone heard of them clipping a Lab's ears for this reason?

My little girl is in kindergarten.
Her teacher want she bring 100 items to expose in a 100 "museum". She need to speak about the own collection (like a show and tell).
My child doesn't want bring any beans (she think is boring talk about beans), her dinosaurs or dolls are too big. What can she bring??? Can be something homecraft, but need to be ready for Jan 24.

my son had his tonsils out 2 days ago and is having problems even eating popcicles. all he has been able to eat is beef broth , chicken broth, and warm tea. he is crying for food saying he is hungry but he is tired of soup. anyone know of anything that would be extremely easy to sallow... ps he hates jello

I put in a disc that was, more or less, homemade. It came from a choir at Duke University. After playing that, the whole system jammed. You can hear that the disc player is trying to eject. It gives another message which says, "eject all discs." However, it is unable to eject any. The radio still plays. I took it to a sound system repair place and the mechanic could not get any of the discs to come out. He said that there was a flap which prevented any extraction. Is there a way of saving the machine? It is an addition to my Xterra that I do not want to lose.

My bf of 6 years and I got into another fight last night. We were out at a bar, which we frequent often. I'm tired of him always looking or should I say "gaulking" at women that are the least bit remotely attractive. I feel it's disrespectful to me. Looking at people is one thing, but when you constantly keep staring/looking it becomes very distracting to me. SO, this lead into a heated discussion regarding something he did 2 yrs ago. He went to a strip bar, and within a short time started calling this african-american 20yr old girl. Calls were every day, 4-5x daily and early a.m. (2:30 am) My bf at that time was 42 yrs old, now 44. I find it unbelievable when he says it was just talk, silly talk, and that nothing happened. What would a 20 yr old striper want w/a 42 yr old man, and vice-versa. He said he never had sex w/her. Can't get that vision out of my head, and it's now 2 yrs later.
