CoCo wheats, oatmeal, pudding.....maybe puree "regular" food in the blender? You can do veggies, fruits, potatos that way.

Ice cream, yogurt, bananas, apple juice, rice, mashed potatoes. If he is still that sore after several days, it might be a good idea to take him back to the doctor. He could have developed a secondary infection or a granuloma.

This is SOOO Painful I still remember when I had mine out I didnt even want to swallow my own spit. Dont force him to eat too much, he wont starve to death trust me. Buy some pedisure if he will drink it. Drinking is painful enough for the poor kid. He should be feeling better within a week but keep giving him the pain meds because this is really painful!!!

When I got my widom teeth out I lived on smoothies. They can add meal replacement powders into them (that are tasteless) but help to fill you up!
Good luck Mom and I hope he recovers quickly!

Applesauce is good, pudding, cottage cheese, oatmeal, bananas, scrambled eggs, maybe slightly overcooked pasta--soft stuff that's healthy.
