Soak overnight in cold bleach solution. Thoroughly rinse and then dry. Failing that, Dylon have great products for whitening curtains.

first off i am a certified international cleaning and restoration master cleaner. Bleach will over time deteriorate any fabric. A safer bet is to add 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide to five gallons water allow to soak for several hours in this solution and then wash as normal

Poor a small bottle of vinegar in with your laundry detergent. Let it soak for 30 minutes before letting the wash cycle run. You'll have to starch and iron them for them to look nice again, but it'll be worth it. Crisp, clean curtains.

get a bucket or tub and make a water bleach mix, your bleach bottle should say how much bleach per water ratio. soak the curtains in the bucket, and they should be white again soon. or you can wash them in the washing machine and add bleach.

Ka-Boom or Oxi-Clean might work. It has worked for me in the past and doesn't damage the fibers.
