An absentminded professor wrote n letters and sealed them in envelopes without writing the addresses on them. Then he wrote the n addresses on the envelopes at random. what's the probability that exactly K of the envelopes were addressed correctly?
What I've done is (nCk)xM/(n!) ,then I don't know how to get M. can someone help me out with the M?thanks

Does anyone have it nearby? It came with a little booklet of recipes, and I bought the ingredients for the Quorn Sausage Casserole, but now can't find the booklet anywhere, and I honestly don't have a clue what I'm doing. I could do my own version I guess, but it's the measurements of obscure things like Soy & Worcestershire sauce...paprika etc.

I adore most reptiles but do have a soft spot for just a few...especially tortoises. Does anyone here run a reptile rescue and can anyone tell me how to go about starting one? It would be a small scale operation (I can house around 10) I would not be rehabiliating any animals (I am not qualified for that) but I would take in surrendered healthy animals.

I am having problems burning a TV show to my DVD. I switched the settings on iTunes for DVD, but my burner keeps ejecting the disc, saying error. My burner works fine on music CDs. When I click on Preferences to see the available space on the empty DVD, it reads full....they all do. Help Please!

I really don't know why it annoys me. He gets off work at 5pm and i get off at 6pm. He goes to pub to have couple of pints with his mates. And i can't join them coz i am at work. And to know he's iin the pub without me makes me feel bad. I shouldnt feel bad but i do and i dont know why!!!

Thank you all for your helpful contributions to my previous question. Still on the subject of compost, I need lots of it to replace the large quantities of rubble and clay I am removing from a patch of land for cultivation.

Is there a wholesalers or is it as cheap to use a garden center or B&Q.

Is one type better than another and why is peat based compost frowned upon. It's just that some types of compost seem to hype up that they are peat free.

Boy do I have a problem with my stepchild. She lives with her mother and my husband sees her every other weekend {drives 7 hours one way to spend one day with her} we get her for summers, spring/easter,thanksgiving,and xmas. The problem stems with the fact she ANNOYS THE HELL OUT OF ME! She whines about everything, will be 7 in May and will not do things most 7 yr olds do.She can not open the toothpaste cap, can not open a soda bottle, can not wash her hair, run her own bath water, brush her own hair, when she brushes her teeth the toothpaste is spit out the way it went in, she will piss her pants instead of going to the bathroom then hide them from me, she will not wipe her rear end so will have poop stained undies she'll hide in her room leaving me to attempt to locate the smell.When she eats I'd say 30% of what was on her plate ends up on the floor.
