Some people try to get rid of hairy chest and are you trying to have it? :p
Anyway.. try to shave it or you can take special pills about your hormones that will help to increase the quantity of your hair everywhere.
Plus depends on you age.. If you are young you may have to wait till you grow up because you may have hairy chest..

You must at least have fine hair on your chest to start with. Over time it will thicken as it grows.
