Slow down. Almost all clumsy acts are caused by hurrying, in one way or another. The rest are shear lack of attention. Do you keep your eye on the ground ahead of you, so any obstacles are noted and avoided? Make smooth moves, even when you can't make slow moves. Develop graceful movement by going slow enough to study the way you move; bring it up to the level of conscious attention in order to create new habits.

You might want to try exercise that works your core (ab area)--balance ball, pilates, yoga. Also--depression can make you "spacey" and more likely to bump into stuff. An inner ear problem can, too.

Slow down pay attention, analyze, and observe your enviroment before entering.
If this doesn't work maybe you might want to switch your feet around.
