I can see the point atheists make in their arguments refuting the necessity of God, but the argument of First Cause still stumps me: since everything we know was caused by something else, who (or what) caused that incredibly small, incredibly dense matter that exploded during the Big Bang and became our universe? Something coming into being from nothing is alien in nature, so was the primordial stuff of the Big Bang created by someone or some thing? What other options are are besides God to explain this?

I need some help about constructing a viewfinder.

I've been trying to figure out what type of plastic should be used for the plastic piece. Does it have to be hard plastic? Or can you use a plastic sheet for the plastic piece?

Because uhm, I live in Singapore and I'm not sure if the art stores carry affordable plastic pieces about 8" x 10". I remember the last time I saw a viewfinder, it was about 200 bucks.

Okay my husband and I have been having some problems. He started using drugs about a month and a half ago. Spent all of our rent plus bill money on it. So I had to cancel my lease and move back in with my mother. While he went to a detox center. He was there for three days. Then he got out and stayed at his moms house for 2 days. Then him and his dad got into it and he started sleeping in his vehicle and that is where he stays now. It is hard to believe him that he is not doing drugs because he shot it up like 10 times a day and then only went to detox for 3 days and now he is living on the streets. How am I supposed to trust him? We have a one year old and I am 5 weeks pregnant. He says he is getting his life together and he just started a new job 2 days ago. Should I believe that he has changed or is he still the same old drug user as he used to be? What should I do with him?

A. If the cost of producing "x" units of a certain product is given by C= 10000 + 5x + x^2/9.

Find the value of x that gives the minimum average cost per unit. Please note that the tangent is horizontal at a minimum point.

(the tangent is horizontal so slope is 0?)

B. Consider a pt in the first quadrant and on the parabola y=4-x^2. If we draw a tangent at this point, the tangent , x axis and y axis form a triangle. Find the coordinates of the point on the curve so that the area of this triangle is 6.5 units.

(I got 1/13, Im not sure though. And they say the other answer is 2705/676. I dont know how to get it)

My first baby I delivered at 37 weeks. I had NO contractions to tell me I was in labor. I just woke up one morning with a VERY slight backache and went in to see my doctor. I knew I had already been thinned out and had been dilated to a 2 the week before. When she checked me that day I was 5-6 cm and I was told to walk over to L&D. I was hooked up to the monitors and was having some good contractions but didnt feel them at all. Three hours later my daughter was born. I am 35 weeks and 2 days pg with my second and curious if you guys think that things will happen similar to the way they did before. I am just worried that I will be in labor and have NO IDEA AGAIN...i would have never known with the first if i hadnt gone into my doctor that day!

I have one friend who says you should stock up when things are for sale on things you need like hair stuff, toothpaste, toilet paper, paper plates, etc. But my other friend says buy as you go stocking up is a waste of money. Right now I kinda buy as I go but keep some thigs in extras. But I have extra money a month that I was saving but my one friend told me i should take half of the money I have left after each month and stock up on stuff and save the rest. But the other friend says save it all. I'm trying to figure out witch is better in the long run. What would be better?
