Nope.

What exactly does he stand for? He's is nothing more than the flavor of the month. All of you who say Yes, probably don't even know what state he is from, so how can you say you'd vote for him? You are only following who the media says is the 'hot' candidate. Learn something about him before you decide who to vote for.

Most likely.I am not sure he is tested enough to run for president and not make any stupid mistakes. He may need another term in the Senate before he is ready.Hillary is the Democtats best chance, then Edwards, then Obama, in that order.

No. I think it's dumb that he's basically a guy that got a bunch of hype for no particular reason. It's not like he's a rocket scientist when it comes to politics and he doesn't really have any kind of outstanding record. I think I'll stay away from following the herd on this one...

OMG, I was getting ready to ask the same question! And, when I saw that he was running, all I could think of was Osama, not Obama. That is hard to get out of your head. I think I'll stick to the ones I know something about!

No charisma and a good personality is not enough. Heck I have that. His beliefs are much too liberal and he doesn't have enough experience yet. A lot of things about Obama are frankly just unknown and I cannot trust that to be good enough.

for america's sake, i hope i don't have to get up and get dressed to do so... it ought to be a shoe-in in my state. although i guess i'll go and do it, just so i can say i was part of it. is he really running? someone is going to shoot him. he better pick a good vp. (i like these people saying he's "not tested" enough... crap, who was better, kennedy or bush jr.?)

No. I'm from Illinois and he really hasn't done anything yet.

Everyone is projecting onto him what they want him to be.

Probably not. He doesn't have very much experience in politics.

Which could be a good thing, thus the "probably".
