there are some girls in 2 classroom A&B if 12 girls are sent from A to B the number of girls in boyh the rooms will be equal if 11 girls are sent from room B to room A then the no of girls in room A would be double the number of girls in room B how many girls are there in both the class rooms its a (SIMULTANEOUS LINEAR EQUATION)

Hey, we hired a babysitter, she works 3-4 days per week, max. 4 hrs per day. She starts at 2pm, and stays till 5pm or 6pm. At the beginning we discussed it and she said because she works so long hours(??), she needs little somehting to eat. I told her no problem, here is a fridge, you can make yourself something. But now in 3 weeks working for us, she never opened the fridge, I just end up feeding her dinners! A few times she just took the last stuff from the pot, leaving miserable bits for my hubby. I had to do sth again. I told her I have no desire to cook for anybody else but my family (which i do every day), but i seems like she .. forgot about what was said at the beginning? We pay her higher than average wage. What should I do? How do I tell her diplomatically? Or am I wrong??

Someone older than me told me Sepultura and Slayer play power metal, but, from what I know, power metal is the genre bands like Gamma Ray and Blind Guardian play, which are pretty far from the first two. a baby 3 yrs old, on dec 2006, was talking fluently ,but since 1 month ,he started talking bad in 2 ways:either repeating a syllable(bre..bre..bre..bre..:-breakfast) or getting stuck suddenly in the path of talk.
Parents couldn't figure out the kind of speach,or any other circumstances that accompany the case,they think it is evil eye,
I need some scintific suggestions plz,he is the last kid,has older brother with 4 years difference.
He is fond of computer,they told that he plays some games which are not good to his age,car,moto races,GTA game,Tiberian sun.
he now can use KB to write his name,the family has only one PC
so he and his brother strugle to get it usually,all his family members are talking without any problem,except some who pronounce letter(R) as in Germany and French.
