Bible says so? Like ok, but who says the Bible is true? You say God says it is true right? Well how do we know that god says the Bible is true? Oh cuz the Bible says so? Hmmm. Circular reasoning?

ACTIVISM
I live in the U.S. and it really irritates me to see all these petitions for saving Darfur being sent to George W. Bush. I'm not saying I support Bush or not, but why is it the U.S.'s responsibility to save Darfur? There are already so many problems that the U.S. has to deal with internally, like healthcare, social security, etc. Isn't saving Darfur a task for the U.N.? There are too many humanitarian problems in the world for the U.S. alone to concentrate on.

FUNDRAISING
There are tons of fundraisers for Darfur relief. I have never donated to any of them, not because I don't support Darfur relief, but because I can't see where my money is going, and I understand that corruption is rampant in most African governments. Should I feel guilty for not donating? I completely support Darfur relief, but I just don't feel like my contributions will actually go toward Darfur relief. Perhaps you can suggest a charity for me to donate to with confidence?

A group of 3rd, 4th and 5th graders, accompanied by two female teachers, went on a field trip to the local race-track to learn about thoroughbred horses and the supporting industry, but mostly to see the horses.

When it was time to take the children to the bathroom it was decided that the girls would go with one teacher and the boys would go with the other.

The teacher assigned to the boys was waiting outside the men's room when one of the boys came out and told her that none of them could reach the urinal. Having no choice, she went inside, helped the boys with their pants, and began hoisting the little boys up one by one--holding onto their "weewees" to direct the flow away from their clothes.

As she lifted one, she couldn't help but notice that he was unusually well endowed. Trying not to show that she was staring, the teacher said, "You must be a 5th grader."

"No, ma'am," he replied, "I'm the jockey riding Silver Arrow in the 4th, but thanks for the lift."

Any ideas of what theme I could do? It's for a benefit dance, so I want it to be a nice basket everyone bids on. I have done this for three years, I've done a romantic basket, a kids basket and a movie night basket, but I'm drawing a blank this year. Have you ever recieved/bought one you were in love with? Any ideas would be great. Thanks!

There is something behind all of this or am I the only one noticing the old people in these commercials, for erections and better sex. What is this for to let them die in bed with a woman or a lover when the bombs go off? The money is already understood for the pharmeceutical companies. But isn't the population more of the elderly? And if they are cranky then they are not loose enough for persuavive theories? Maybe it is to give them more of a reason to live and then they will have something to lose? Like feel alive again so they can instill them with fear tactics and get them to be paranoid and vote the way the government has platformed itself? Like the Enzyte commercial a middle aged guy, "Bob living Large"?
ha ha The irony is that it is a particular target of the man on the golf course the one with enough money to afford the membership? What are your theories?

An Arab diplomat visiting the US for the first time was being wined and dined by the State Department.

The Grand Emir was unused to the salt in American foods (french fries, cheeses, salami, anchovies etc.) and was constantly sending his manservant Abdul to fetch him a glass of water.

Time and again, Abdul would scamper off and return with a glass of water, but then came the time when he returned empty-handed.

Abdul, you son of an ugly camel, where is my water? demanded the Grand Emir.

A thousand pardons, O Illustrious One, stammered the wretched Abdul, white man sit on well.

If the Muslim faith is so peaceful, why do they not denounce all these atrocities? It is because there own text tells them not too. Here are a few examples:

"Allah's Apostle said 'I have been made victorious with terror'" (Bukhari Vol. 4, Bk. 52, No. 220)

"Allah's Apostle said, "Killing disbelievers is a small matter to us'" (Tabari IX:69)

"As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill conduct, admonish them, refuse to share their beds, beat them" (Surah 4:34)

"I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strick off every fingertip of them" (Koran 8:12)

"So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, then smite the necks until when you have overcome them...and [as for] those who are slain in the way of Allah, He will by no means allow their deeds to perish" (Koran 47:4)
