No, I am happy to say that Armageddon / Rapture / Apocalypse are all made up stories. It is certainly possible that the world will end, if struck by a giant meteor or some such, but other than that, absolutely not.

No. When it was written, Revelation was expected to happen very soon - then. (several hundred years ago or more?) It's effect is to keep people on their religious toes - fearing the return of Jesus/God - and the "final" judgment.
We will certainly have and face numerous disasters - but then they are always happening anyway.
Also, the "world" won't end for a very long time. Our "human world", however, is as doomed as was the dinosaur's. Particularly if we keep up with our current poisoning of the planet.

Well, it could be, because nothing is impossible and because the world is not in very good conditions right now but there are also pros to this, like all the technological advances that could help us, what we could do is put some conciense to people, starting by us, and live life correctly

No, God does not want to destroy the world he wants us to fix up the mess people are making. That's Armageddon

I do...but then, 1000 years of peace will follow and if I make it through the horrible mess, I'll be able to enjoy the peace of love following the tragedies.

we don't have to say it. it's all in front of us, the condition of the whole world. and we have to accept it. seriously, truth is always hard to accept because of it's bitter nature.
