ok there is a guy that i like and he likes me. a few weeks ago he had a gf but we always kinda talked but we really started to talk when he had a gf. he told me he liked me while they were going out. he also told me that he liked me and he wanted to be with me. but he couldnt at the time cuz he was still goin with her. but the other day he told me she broke up with him...he still hasnt asked me out. do u think he will? do u think he just needs time?

It will probably just take time, he is probably still not 100% since his break-up. Don't worry, things always fall into place.

time will time. if he's upset then he might not. if he wasn't hurt in the break up then he might. its hard to tell because he's probably un sure right now. good luck
