mastodon is good, but not enough to judge on because they're new.
ministry is good too, but not in the top dog slot.
motorhead isnt quite heavy enough for me always.
immitators arent in the top slot, and dont start with m, lol.
metallica Vs. Megadeth-
as a musician who's seen both bands live many times, i gotta go with Megadeth. even though the lineup has changed many times, they were always tighter than Metallica, even when Metallica were at their absolute prime.

Martyr... Tech Death but out of those Metallica is my favorite overall cause they are the best song writers up there... technicality wise Megadeth is the best from your list.

I noticed almost everyone who answered chose Metallica or as I like to call them selloutica. Not even close. Moonspell hands down.
